In the event of any alert communicated by health authorities or suppliers, we inform the customer within a maximum period of 24 hours, send a detailed action protocol, automatically identify the affected batches, and coordinate withdrawal and replacement or a refund at no cost.

Our ERP system ensures that every item supplied has a minimum of 75% remaining until its original expiry date, enables real-time monitoring of expiry dates, minimises the risk of products with low turnover passing their expiry date, and optimises the planning of healthcare stock.
